Graduating from Universitas Pelita Harapan with a specialization in Business Law, Johanes built his career in leading law firms and corporate in-house roles before founding ADYUTA. Beyond the courtroom, Johanes serves on the National Executive Board of PERADI and is an active member of HKPI. He is a certified mediator, arbitrator, and court-appointed Receiver (Kurator) and Administrator (Pengurus), entrusted with the legal stewardship of financially distressed companies and critical debt negotiations.

But Dr. Weldy is not just a legal thinker — he is a hands-on expert, trusted by courts and government bodies across Indonesia as an advisor and expert witness in sensitive criminal proceedings.
He also serves as Chairman of the Legal Team “Merah Putih” (DPC Bekasi Raya), combining academic thought leadership with field-level advocacy for justice and constitutional integrity.
